STRATEGY. CHANGE. PEOPLE.
I help organisations turn strategic priorities into action, drawing on experience in consulting, transformation leadership and coaching.
See my workABOUT
I bring 12 years of experience in strategy and transformation, spanning consulting and in-house leadership roles across industries and international markets.
At Just Eat Takeaway.com, I have led complex transformation programmes. At 3H Partners, I designed commercial strategies and sales transformation initiatives. At L.E.K. Consulting, I supported investment decisions through commercial due diligence. My approach combines analytical rigour, curiosity and an understanding of how organisations and people work.
Over the past three years, I have made professional and personal development a priority, learning through training, conferences and reflection on my own practice. I am exploring more sustainable ways to lead change, alongside practical uses of AI that help teams research, solve problems, collaborate and make better decisions.

SELECTED CASE STUDIES
A selection of strategy, transformation and advisory engagements. Open each example to see the challenge, my role and the scope of the work.
Moving to a new platform means more than changing technology. Teams need shared objectives, a clear view of dependencies and confidence that the business is ready to go live.
I led the Bistro.sk and Just Eat for Business platform migrations, aligning business and technology teams around strategic goals and target operating models. I shaped the transformation roadmaps, coordinated readiness assessments and worked with teams to resolve issues through to go-live.
Programme design, team mobilisation and coordination of the assessments needed to support go-live decisions.
The Just Eat–Takeaway.com merger called for coordinated work on the operating model, finance, risk and the benefits expected from bringing the businesses together.
I supported the €7.4bn Just Eat–Takeaway.com merger across operating model, finance, risk and benefits workstreams. I managed a multimillion contract with a Big Four consulting firm and the relationship with its team. I also led the Practi POS and Flyt integrations and the handover from external advisers to JET.
Coordinating external advisers and internal teams, then handing the work over to the business.
Helping sales teams understand their customers’ needs and potential, and move beyond technical, transactional selling.
I assessed four MSD Animal Health business units to shape the Account Management Excellence programme. The work covered customer segmentation and targeting, sales processes, customer engagement tools and territory design, supported by sales training and field coaching.
I scaled the model from Poland to Central Europe, Greece, Romania and Israel. I also developed the go-to-market strategy for a new business unit in France.
Testing the market opportunity and the assumptions behind a business plan before an investment is made.
At L.E.K., I supported buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence through market research, expert interviews and analysis, contributing market models and sections of investment reports. In a separate biotechnology engagement for a confidential investment fund, I led commercial due diligence covering market potential, go-to-market strategy, pricing and competition. I challenged five-year revenue forecasts and assessed commercialisation risks and distribution terms.
My sector experience includes healthcare, medical devices, cosmetic packaging, chemicals, vinyl flooring and professional audio.
Closing a market or business requires careful coordination of commercial decisions and their implications for employees, couriers, partners and operations.
I led market closures across Europe, Australia and New Zealand, as well as the closure of Practi POS. I brought together people, operational, legal and financial workstreams, coordinating delivery across countries and functions.
These programmes affected thousands of employees and couriers, with plans adapted to the circumstances of each market.
Helping teams and business owners take responsibility, strengthen their management practices and make decisions with greater independence.
I managed up to four direct reports and helped grow the function from five to nearly twenty people. I recruited leaders and coached and supervised team members leading payroll, analytics and AI projects. In my independent practice, I advised business owners on financial and operational improvements and supported them through coaching and mentoring.
I draw on both management and coaching experience, making a clear distinction between giving advice and helping someone find their own way forward.
Understanding whether a new business opportunity has commercial potential, and what that means for investment and growth priorities.
I assessed reusable packaging as a potential new business line and quantified the commercial opportunity. I also evaluated the growth potential of customer collection orders, drawing on market and logistics analysis.
The analysis informed country growth strategies and key Executive Committee decisions.
Understanding what new regulations mean for the business, its operations and its partners, and whether implementation plans are fit for purpose.
I assessed the impact of the Single-Use Plastics Directive (SUPD) rollout on the business, operations and partners in Germany and the Netherlands, including McDonald’s. I also audited the strategy and delivery of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) initiative for the Executive Committee.
The gaps I identified in the CSRD programme led to a reassessment and reset of the initiative.
